Returns & Exchanges

At CV LinensTM, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our event decor and linens. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your order.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Ensure all linens are unused, unwashed, and in their original plastic packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix your shipping label and the RMA paperwork to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
